Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
This policy describes how Enhydra Productivity LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of TestHelm, handles information on testhelm.com (this website) and demo.testhelm.com (our public demo). Customer workspaces hosted at yourcompany.testhelm.com are governed by the agreement between us and that customer organization; this policy covers the public-facing sites.
The short version
- The marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers.
- To use the demo you create an account with your contact details, which we use to run the demo and to follow up with you about TestHelm.
- The demo uses two essential cookies, and we log how it is used so we can improve the product.
- Everything you create in the demo lives in a private, temporary copy that is deleted when you sign out, or a day after it was made.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Information we collect on this website
The marketing site is a static page. It sets no cookies and includes no analytics or advertising scripts. Our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser user agent, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
If you contact us — for example by emailing [email protected] or requesting a demo — we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include, and we use it to respond to you.
The demo
The demo at demo.testhelm.com is a live copy of TestHelm, set up as an example lab for the industry you choose. To use it you create a demo account:
- We collect your name, work email address, company, job title, phone number, country, the industry you choose, and a password, which we keep only as a one-way hash. We use your email address to confirm the account and for password resets, and your details to run the demo and to follow up with you about TestHelm, for example to offer a walkthrough. We record the address your sign-up came from, to protect the demo from abuse.
- We set two cookies (
testhelm_sessionandtesthelm_demo) that keep you signed in to your private copy of the demo lab. They are strictly necessary for the demo to function, and they expire when your copy does. - We record each visit (when it started and ended, and the industry), the pages and features you use, and which guided walkthroughs you start and finish. We use this to understand which parts of the product people explore, to improve it, and to make our follow-up relevant.
- Everything you create or change happens in a private, temporary copy of the example lab. It is not visible to anyone else, sends no email, and is deleted when you sign out, or a day after it was made, whichever comes first.
Please do not enter real, confidential, or personal data into the demo. It is a demonstration environment, and its contents are temporary.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and demo requests.
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot our sites.
- To run demo accounts: confirming your email, signing you in, and resetting your password.
- To follow up with people who try the demo about TestHelm.
- To understand how visitors use the demo and improve TestHelm.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run our infrastructure — hosting for our servers and databases, and an email delivery provider for transactional email — who process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when required by law.
Data retention
- Demo lab copies: deleted when you sign out, or a day after they were made.
- Demo accounts, with their visit records: deleted after 12 months without a sign-in, or sooner if you ask. An account whose email was never confirmed is deleted after 30 days.
- Server logs: kept only as long as they are useful for the purposes above, then deleted.
- Email correspondence: kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry and our business records.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Write to [email protected] and we will honor your request. We do not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Security and where data lives
Our sites are served over TLS, and our infrastructure is hosted in the United States. Each customer workspace — and each demo visitor's copy — uses its own isolated database. If you access our sites from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States.
Children
Our sites are intended for professional audiences and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
