Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of testhelm.com (this website) and demo.testhelm.com (our public demo), operated by Enhydra Productivity LLC ("we", "us"). By using these sites, you agree to these terms. If you are using a TestHelm customer workspace at yourcompany.testhelm.com, your organization's subscription agreement with us governs that use, and controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Using this website
You may browse this site and use its content to learn about and evaluate TestHelm. The site and its content — text, graphics, logos, and design — belong to Enhydra Holdings LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. TestHelm™ and the helm mark are trademarks of Enhydra Holdings LLC, used under license by Enhydra Productivity LLC; you may not use them without written permission.
The demo
The demo is a free demonstration of TestHelm, set up with fictitious example data for the industry you choose. It needs a demo account, and you have broad administrative rights inside your own private, temporary copy. Using it comes with a few ground rules:
- One account per person. Give accurate contact details, keep your password to yourself, and do not share your account.
- It is a demo, not a service. Demo contents are temporary and are deleted automatically when you sign out, or a day after your copy was made. Do not use the demo to store or process real data, and do not rely on anything you build there being available later.
- Do not enter confidential or personal data. The demo is not designed to protect real information.
- Capacity is shared. We may limit, throttle, reset, or discontinue the demo, or close a demo account, at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
When using our sites, you agree not to:
- violate any applicable law, or use the sites to infringe anyone's rights;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, attempt to breach the isolation between demo copies or customer workspaces, or access data that is not yours — if you believe you have found a security issue, please report it to [email protected] instead;
- upload or transmit malware or other harmful code;
- scrape the sites at scale, overload them, or interfere with their operation, including automated creation of demo accounts;
- misrepresent your affiliation with TestHelm, or use the sites to build a directly competing product by copying non-public functionality.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about TestHelm, you agree we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Enhydra Productivity LLC nor Enhydra Holdings LLC will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the sites or the demo.
